As for Applebee's and Dooley's, both are restaurants and under Cooper's EO restaurants could open with reduced capacity. I know for a fact that the Wilkesboro FD went to every restaurant in town and issued new occupancy permits in compliance with the EO.
That's something I never quite understood, Cowboy... in NC, "food sales must exceed 30% of total food and alcohol sales."
So EVERY bar has to also be a restaurant.
Most of them close the kitchen at 9, though, and just offer light finger foods to accommodate the law. This is the time that they are really just a bar, and no longer a restaurant. This is the period that the police are turning a blind eye to everything... but you're right, that's in part because the executive order and state law doesn't clearly define how a bar is different from a restaurant.

I have been on many different list that doesn't bother me at all nor does it change the fact that in NC and at the federal level there is no such thing as firearm registration. Some states I understand have that but not NC.

The permit is just a permission slip for you to buy a hand gun the sheriff has no idea if you ever used it or what you used it for. Those of us with a valid NC CHP don't even need the purchase permit and are exempt from the NICS background check and the sheriff has no idea what we may or may not by. I used cash when I buy my firearms so the bank and credit company don't know jack either.

WTF. while you're cleaning your rifles try to keep in mind that extreme right wing fascist NRA members are not the only people that have firearms. There are many other than your kind that were trained in the use of firearms by experts as opposed to Paw or Granpaw. How come you're just now cleaning your rifles? A responsible gun owner's weapons are always clean.
